19 February 2009 We organize the conference The Power of Images - German-Turkish Relation as Focus of Media Responsibility in cooperation with Goethe Institute Istanbul, Germany Meets Turkey - A Forum for Young Leaders, and the European Institute of Bilgi University in Istanbul.

28 November 2008 The First British Network Turkey Event took place at Queen Mary, University of London. Keynote speaker was Sir David Logan, former British Ambassodor in Turkey.
19 June 2008 The discussion German Migrants in Turkey took place at Humboldt University Berlin. Speakers were Dr. Malte Fuhrmann (Zentrum Moderner Orient), Reiner Möckelmann (former Konsul General) and Dr. Alexandra Gründel (Bosphorus University).
10 June 2008 The panel “The Ban of the AKP. Islamism in Contemporary Turkish Politics” took place in Berlin and attracted about 30 participants. Speakers were Alp Klanten and Samuel Müller.
5 June 2008 We organized the panel “OYAK in Europe” with more than 30 participants in Berlin! Speakers were N. Alphan Tuncer and Mieste Hotopp-Riecke, the founders of Zweiheimisch.
